**Qualifications**:

- At least 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform.
- Good understanding of relational databases and object-oriented coding.
- Experience in code refactoring to follow best practices.
- Experience in SFDX, CI/CD tools (Github, Microsoft Azure DevOps etc.)
- Experience working with Visual Studio code and source version control tool like Git.
- Experience on developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components. 2+ years of hands-on experience on LWC development.
- Experience with Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Case Management process.
- Experience in Database modeling, jquery, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Very good communication skills

**Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, Apex, assignment/escalation rules and other Salesforce automation features.
- Work with Product owners and business analysts to analyze the requirements, design and develop the solution.
- Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
