Enterprise Application Developer

One of our clients, is looking to

engage a global team of consultants to help with the development and

maintenance of Salesforce. This team is made up of a small team of

technologists whose responsibilities include, among other items, leading the

development and maintenance of~13 Salesforce applications that support various

Tax Teams of our client, including the Portfolio Management Team.

We are a Consulting firm and we are looking for consultants based in Mexico City

In Mexico you will be hired as a project

employee.

The Technology Development Support team will be made up of a mix of 4-6

consultants globally in these different roles: Senior Enterprise Application

Developer, Senior Integration Specialist, Enterprise Application Developer and

QA/Functional Test Specialist.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance custom applications and

declarative solutions
- Configure objects, fields, validations, and

business logic
- Design and implement workflow automation,

approvals, and notifications
- Develop modern UI components, custom pages, and

user-friendly experiences
- Create reports and dashboards for different

stakeholder groups
- Support data loads, migrations, and data quality

controls
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve

existing solutions
- Document solutions, test cases, and user guides

What you will bring

What You Bring

• Core Experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience developing on enterprise

application platforms
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, especially

declarative development:
- Flows
- Validation Rules
- Formula Fields
- Approval Processes
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and

process optimization
- Experience building reports and dashboards
- Basic to intermediate experience with custom

code and scripting
- Ability to translate business requirements into

platform solutions
- Exposure to other platforms (Dynamics 365,

HubSpot, Zoho, Mendix, Appian, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools (CRM Analytics,

Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with system integrations and data

exchange concepts
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment
- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,

Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder

Certification – preferred
- Interest in continuing certification and

platform specialization
- English language Proficient level (Speaking,

listening and writting)
