Description

Responsible for supporting the sales force in order to achieve Sales and Revenue objectives through the coordination and administration of customer service.
- Sales reporting / layouts, structure and frequency definition
- Create sales reports, KPIs, dashboards, as necessary (frecuency /presentations, etc)
- Sales force reporting to monitor attainments and report any deviation (for all BU's)
- Follow up un sales actions /campaings by regions, channels, customers and salesman
- Support on the kilometers calculation by customer for the Contirewards program ina monthly basis
- Sales accruals reporting related to marketing programs for internal customers, Managing Director, Finance and BU
- Sell out payment support on national campaigns
- Sales accruals administration, set up the conditons in the system and monitoring in a monthly basis
- Ensure to receive the corresponding business plan signed by the customers and documentation to supports the accrual.
- Ensure the correct marketing program accrual set up into the system (authorizaton and set up into the SAP system)
- Corporate cusotmer number administration for the correct customer clasification based on the current sales strategy (authorizathion, set up into SAP and maintenance)
- Ensure the correct salesman structure into the system / asign the correct sales consultant by bill to and ship to account
- Sell out support/ data collection from the sales force, analysis, process payments if needed
- Based on the sales accrual report generated, be a consultant for the sales team giving proposals to them, in order to identify new business opportunities
- Sales bonus calculation related to marketing programs including the corresponding authorization process
- Pricing /Revenue support, been a supplier of market information, competitiveness, sales, etc., for the Deep dive process & pricing positioning
- Run the calculation for the marketing programs and credit notes payment.
- Follow up on business plan - ensure targets and report any deviation (all BU)
- Prepare sales presentations, including relevant information from market, etc, as necessary for Management group, internal and external customers
- Responsible to provide support for the K2 tool to BI department (loading the corresponding campaign authorizations, collecting supports and follow up)

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Degree on one of the following fields: Administration, Economics, Accounting or related.

1-3 years of experience in commercial or MKT areas giving support and managing sales programs, general processes, follow ups, collecting and analyzing MKT information. Sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Software: Microsoft Excel (intermediate), Power BI (desired), Power Point (intermediate)

English skills: intermediate

Presentation skills to give information to an audience.
