**Position Description**:
The QC Specialist will report to the Product Manager and is responsible for the development, review and performance of internal Quality Control procedures, as well as reporting on the same. Work performed will include coverage of functional and operating units, focusing on financial and operational processes.

**Responsibilities and skills include the following**:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Interact with various levels of management and staff in conducting interviews and testing internal processes
- Provide tracking and reporting of quality control findings to management; via excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation
- Identify process improvements that lead to cost and /or time savings opportunities and increase customer retention
- Review and evaluate policies and procedures
- Ensure that all information of confidential nature is held in a secure and confidential method.

**Key Competencies**:

- Accountability
- C1 English Proficiency or equivalent is a MUST
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within remote work environments
- Excellent computer skills
- Database/SQL competency a plus
- Strong emphasis on attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance
- Banking or financial experience preferred

**Compensation**:Commensurate with experience.
