Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Mexico City Time
Saturday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Mexico City Time

**The Opportunity**:
As a Student Success Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across all departments. Your responsibilities will include controlling and evaluating Coaches' schedules to maintain stability in their daily activities. Additionally, you will directly assist students (clients) to ensure they have the best possible service experience. Monitoring and managing internal reports will be vital for measuring and effectively managing student data through transcription and analysis.
Using various communication channels, you will actively follow up with students to make sure things are running smoothly. As part of the onboarding process, you will provide official introductions, explaining the organizational processes, structure, and representing the company's culture and brand. Another key aspect of your role will be managing and analyzing reports on active and inactive students.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (**C1 and C2 ONLY, this is a must and NON NEGOTIABLE, your first interview will be mostly in English)**.
- Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication, as our agents have both face-to-face and over the phone interactions with our students.
- Administration and control of service quality processes.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to communicate effectively and openly with the team, **having conversations and team effort are crucial to this role.**
- Proficient in the use of general office software, SaaS, and calendar tools.
- Ability to quickly resolve emergency situations or address service quality issues.
**Knowledge and understanding of**:
CRM management, preferably Zoho, and G Suite for at least 2 years.
