Your role at Clorox:
In this role, you will:

- Provide customer internal/external service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and payments.
- Prepare and submit outstanding receivables report, recognizing trends for non
- payment and resolves issues by engaging internal partners.
- Analyzes and researches customer's receivables account delinquency and determines the type of communication method to facilitate payment.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales team and/or other business áreas as needed.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.

What we look for:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 2-4 years FMCG Collections experience in Retail, Clubs and Wholesalers channels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SAP
- Knowledge of OTC process.
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Workplace type:
Hybrid, 3 times in office, 2 times home office.
