Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.**Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.****Jefe de Crédito & Cobranza**En este rol tu estarás a cargo de controlar y programar los recursos financieros que se tienen para cumplir con los objetivos y políticas del Departamento de Crédito y Cobranza. Gestionar la recuperación adecuada y oportuna de los créditos a clientes, así como mantener un buen nível de desarrollo del equipo.**¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?**- Revisar y autorizar pedidos de clientes de producto y servicio, verificando las condiciones de pago conforme a la Política de Crédito de la compañía.- Elaborar recibos y verificar la correcta aplicación de pagos en SAP.- Elaborar proyecto de nota de crédito y aplicar las notas de crédito de sucursales en SAP.- Realizar cobranza de Centroamérica y afiliadas, así como ventas Indent, hasta obtención de pagos y verificación de trasferencias.- Elaborar solicitud de trasferencias interdivisiones y su aplicación.- Analizar las investigaciones de crédito y autorizar las que procedan.- Suspender, reactivar o cancelar crédito a clientes, de acuerdo a Política de Crédito.- Control de pagos de los contratos de financiamientos.- Realizar pólizas de ajustes de pagos.- Recibir listado de facturas vencidas de Centroamérica e ingresar y dar seguimiento en hasta su cobro.- Mantener actualizado los datos y requisitos para cobranza de los clientes de la división de negocio.- Gestionar la cobranza de la división a través de la verificación del seguimiento que realizan los Responsables de Crédito y Cobranza a facturas vencidas.- Dar seguimiento a problemas de Cobranza y coordinar procesos extrajudiciales a clientes morosos.- Realizar mensualmente cálculo de comisiones del área.- Realizar trimestralmente cálculo de comisiones del área- Elaborar reporte de días cartera por sucursal y por línea de negocios.- Elaborar reporte mensual de antigüedad a más de 60 días de importes arriba de $10,000 USD.- Realizar el cierre mensual conforme a calendario de la compañía.- Responsable de analizar, validar y aplicar las partidas contables que afecten el reporte y las cifras a su cargo.- Responsable de validar y cerrar el proceso de conciliaciones bancarias en las cuentas bancarias de la entidad legal.- Identificar y evaluar los riesgos inherentes a su área, comunicar al personal, e implementar las medidas apropiadas para prevenir enfermedades y accidentes.- Cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión Integral (Calidad Medio Ambiente y Seguridad) y asegurar el cumplimiento del personal a su cargo.**Formación Académica**- Licenciado en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas.- Posgrado en Finanzas. (Deseable).**Experiência**- 5 a 7 años de experiência en posición similar.- Gestión de personal directo a cargo.**Conocimientos**- SAP.Inglés intermedio.
