Client: Our client is one of the largest professional certification associations in the finance industry.
- Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
- Provide administrative support for the Finance platform, ensuring all integrated systems (BigCommerce, PDM, Kyriba, Adyen, Sovos, Concur, etc.) function properly and align with business needs
- Assist users with operational inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the Finance platform
- Coordinate and prioritize developer requests from the FIN Ticket queue, including new workflows, scripts, and changes (NSDA tickets)
- Document and track changes, updates, and issues, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records are maintained
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to align platform functionality with business processes
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation to support understanding of system capabilities and best practices
- Conduct routine system audits and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and enhancements to leverage new features and functionalities
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role with a strong focus on finance platforms
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and integrations with other systems (BigCommerce, PDM, Kyriba, Adyen, Sovos, Concur, etc.)
- Familiarity with NSDA (NetSuite Developer Assistant) processes and ticketing systems is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with finance and technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and security
- Nice to have: NetSuite Certification preferred
- Experience with scripting in SuiteScript and knowledge of workflows in NetSuite
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
