Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations
- Configure and customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business operations and decision-making
- Work closely with finance, operations, IT, and other departments to optimize system functionality
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Implement NetSuite best practices for security, performance, and scalability
- 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and financial modules
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk
- Experience managing user roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operational business processes
- Ability to create and optimize saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and API connections
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Nice to have: NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Experience with SuiteCommerce or Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
