Key Deliverables- Conduct the initiation, extension, and completion of international assignments, permanent transfers and domestic relocations.- Manage global mobility data reporting.- Prepare relocation estimates, administer relocation agreements, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure an efficient and smooth experience.- Constantly monitor immigration landscape.- Assist with the Global Mobility Inquiries of employees that were transferred.- Work with vendors to plan, administer and follow up initiation or extension processes.- Manage Global Mobility Invoices payment and follow up of each payment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field- Multi-lingual fluency: Advanced English (required) plus one or more of the following: Spanish, Portuguese.- 1-2 years’ Shared Services Center experience with direct customer interaction is a must- Familiar with global mobility tools and processes preferred.-
- Strong sense of urgency.- Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards.- Ability to establish effective professional working relationships.- Problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.- Able to run reports and interpret data to conduct analysis.- Consistent exercise of judgment and escalation as necessary to resolve problems.- Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing- May require non-standard work hours.
