Assist in the management of the day to day workload for the maintenance/ facilities team to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered and departmental targets are achieved, including the planning and resourcing of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), maintenance shutdown, Total Produtive Maintenance (TPM) & Facilities Equipments. Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team of skilled Mechanics. Provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinating and overseeing their - Monitor trending and data relative to maintenance department and make recommendations for improvement as well as establish implementation plans.
- Maintain maintenance records and all related documentation to ensure they meet validated parameters prior to releasing equipment or machinery for operation.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Interact with individuals from different disciplines (Production, Quality and Customers) to plan, execute and complete multiple simultaneous EO validation activities or customer special requests with time sensitive schedules. Assist in validation product load set up and sample/sensor retrievals.
- PLC programming.
- Maintain and repair Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Assist in running an efficient maintenance operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets.
- Manage maintenance projects.
- Assist in the creation and update of MDC maintenance

procedures, specifications and other controlled documents.
- Utility data collection & analisis (Water/Gas/Energy).
- HVAC Experience, Cooling Towers, Chillers, AHU's & MAU's,

Vacuum Pumps, Water Pumps
- Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve due to equipment failure or malfunction.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- (Mechatronic, Mechanical or Elechtronic)
- High level skill in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience of leading and developing (multi-skilled) people
- Commercial understanding of the impact of failure/downtime on production
- Mechanical, electrical, electronics & software maintenance background +3 Years
- Must be willing to work safely in environments where hazardous materials may be present.
- US VISA required
