We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of machinery and facilities. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring that all work is carried out to safety and quality standards.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Supervise and execute the weekly maintenance plan, ensuring personal and team safety.- Reduce downtime and ensure production plans are met through effective preventive maintenance.- Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to create and execute preventive maintenance plans.- Develop and manage critical parts files, layouts, maintenance programs, and inspection lists.- Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts in SAP, ensuring necessary stock levels.- Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resources, tools, and spare parts.- Provide operational support for equipment testing, cleaning, and line start-ups.- Monitor and follow up on work orders generated in previous shifts.- Complete daily checklists and generate necessary alerts for effective follow-up.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.- Experience: At least 2 years in industrial maintenance or similar roles.- Technical Knowledge:- Intermediate level in industrial mechanics, electricity, and electronics.- TPM, preventive, and predictive maintenance.- Intermediate level in welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.- Diagnosis and programming of drives, and failure signal tracing.- Basic SAP management, computer skills, and PLC knowledge (desirable).- Expertise in interpreting electrical diagrams and basic knowledge of metrology and machining.**ABOUT WK KELLOGG CO**WK Kellogg Co is proud to offer industry competitive benefits (Physical, Financial, Emotional, and Social) that vary depending on region and type of role.
