Ejectutar el reclutamiento y seleccion MOD-MOI
- Administracion y ejecucion de incidencias de nomina en sistema como Oracle, People Data Manegement, (Pre nomina)
- Coordinacion y administracion de indicadores estrategicos de negocio como ausentismo y rotacion de personal sindicalizado
- Negociacion de renuncias, liquidaciones y finiquitos
- Mantener la estabilidad laboral mediante una relacion sana con el H. Sindicato
- Ejecucion de procesos sindicales, asi como de planta (Tiempo extra, cambios de turno, cambios de area, etc)
- Administracion y cumplimiento al Contrato Colectivo, Reglamento Interno de Trabajo y Codigo de Conducta
- Coordinacion de los procesos de cierre de nomina y manejo de reportes semanales en cierre de nomina
- Manejo de People Soft y sus responsabilidades (Conceptos variables en nomina, pago por concepto de bono por nacimiento, defuncion, matrimonio, cambios de categorias, altas, bajas, movimientos IMSS)
- Elaboracion de solicitudes de cheques para devolucion es de gastos ordinarios del H. Sindicato
- Mantener presupuestos de prestaciones (uniformes, zapatos, comedor, transporte, overoles, etc), ejecutar conciliaciones y pagos a proveedores
- Cumplimiento legal de la empresa con dependencias oficiales (STPS, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot)
- Mantener la capacitacion constante para personal White collar, con curso Do and dont´s y gestion de Relaciones Laborales
- Desarrollo y coordinacion de eventos con H. Sindicato
- Coordinar apoyo para la integracion de talento humano (On boarding)
- Proceso disciplinario progresivo para personal sindicalizado, revision de temas criticos en piso
- Asegurar los servicios de comedor, transporte, bañ;os en tiempo y forma
- Control y administracion de indicadores de ausentismo, rotacion y servicios, asi como implementacion de acciones para la reduccion de los mismos
- Investigaciones y seguimiento y acciones a problematicas internas
- Utilizacion de herramienta TWTTP HERCA

**Requirements**:

- 5 añ;os de experiência en:

- Recursos Humanos / Relaciones Laborales, Recutamiento y Seleccion
- Ley Federal del Trabajo
- Relacion con sindicato
- Conocimiento LFT y CCT.
- Sistema Workday - conocimiento deseable
