**Requisito Indispensable**:Buena redacción y ortografía, puntualidad,disponibilidad de tiempo, dinámica,organizada, iniciativa y responsable.

**Conocimientos**:Excelente nível de comunicación oral yEscrita,-Microsoft Office (Excel, Word yPowerPoint),Outlook,Internet, y Telefonía / conmutador

**Propósito del puesto**:Responsable de las actividades administrativas, así como también de ciertas operativas del

proyecto a cargo. Esta posición se ocupa de múltiples prioridades y debe ser consciente y sensible

a las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos.

**Ofrecemos**:
$13,000.00 mensual

**Funciones principales**
1.Responsable de otorgar servicio de excelencia en la recepción del inmueble.

2.Administración y solicitud de pagos administrativos del cliente, llevando el control mensualpor proveedores y servicios.

3. Introducir la información del proyecto en los diferentessistemas requeridos.

4. Elaborar informes mensuales para el proyecto.

5. Gestionar y supervisar los trabajos de los proveedores de mantenimiento.

6.Responsable de mantener al día el inventario, registrando entradas y salidas.
