With guidance and direction from Architects or senior team members, assist with data mapping activities during design phase
- Creates Data mapping templates, Technical specifications for interfaces that meet Solution requirements and customer.
- With guidance and direction from Architects or senior team members, assist with development of integrations on JDA’s preferred integration platform using JDA recommended integration templates and patterns
- Assists with data loading and testing during all phases of implementation.
- Triage basic technical issues and open cases / follow up on cases with JDA Customer Success as required.
- Help Develop and deliver any collateral required for the project or Integration practice.
- Execute training to end users.
