**Position**
Associate Business Consultant

**Location**
Monterrey, N.L.

**Overview**
The Associate Business Consultant will spend their time learning everything they can about Blue Yonder Solutions in their area of focus, and work with customers to find out their needs and how the product or service will fit those needs. This position will require assistance and capturing design details, assist in configuration, testing of Blue Yonder Solutions, and support go live and client activities regarding implementation. Successful Associate Business Consultants will be willing learners and great communicators.

**Required Skills**:
**Education**:

- Industrial Engineering Bachelor required and/or previous experience in similar role

**Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in a supply chain environment preferred

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Implementation project knowledge and experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience installing and configuring planning products
- Excellent communication, client relationship and analytical skills
- English level advanced (written, reading and speaking)

**Responsibilities**:

- With guidance and direction from Architects or Sr personnel this position will assist and support all aspects of implementation activities.
- Ability to develop functional specifications for configurations, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectives with mínimal assistance from Architects or Sr personnel
- Assists and supports project team with configuration and testing of the designed solution.
- Assists and supports customer with their testing and training activities.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, project team management audiences.
- Ability to execute training to end users
- Provides non-technical support during the 'go-live' period and ‘Hypercare’.
- Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity
- Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project
- Understand basic SQL
