**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional and energetic **Employee Resource Team Agent**to join our team. This role acts as the first point of contact for client employees, handling a wide range of inquiries related to payroll, benefits, HR systems, and more. Youll be responsible for resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate team member, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every employee.

**Key Responsibilities**:** Employee Helpline Support**:

- Receive and screen confidential calls
- Triage inquiries to supervisors, account managers, or HR
- Route documents (e.g., workers comp forms, LOA, PTO, paystubs, benefits)
- Assist with login issues and password resets

**HR Operations Support**:

- Participate in departmental projects and track progress
- Complete verbal employment verifications
- Provide support on complex assignments as needed

**Required Qualifications**:** Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year in customer service (CSR) roles

**Hard Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Accurate recordkeeping and documentation
- Basic understanding of payroll, benefits, and HR processes

**Soft Skills**:

- Clear and professional communication
- Compassion and empathy in client interactions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Time management and ability to handle high call volumes
- Team collaboration and autonomy
