**EPM PeopleSoft technical - ERP HCM Lead**

**Location: Remote**

**Primary skill - EPM PeopleSoft technical**

**Secondary skill - OFSAA**

EPM Peoplesoft Technical:

- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft programs including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and installation using Oracle/PeopleSoft platform tools such as PeopleTools 8.54
- Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine & PSQuery
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing methodologies and dimensional modeling, particularly Liquidity Reporting.
- Analyzes requirements, and translates business requirements into technical design solutions
- Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation
- Accepts full ownership and responsibility of deliverables overcoming obstacles as needed
- Ability to assist with test planning, test case development, and database script development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL programming.
- Ability to work independently as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to have:

- Flexible in managing competing priorities and objectives.
- Evaluate the risks and solutions before taking action, so that action plans are timely, realistic and positive

**OPTIONAL (Good to Have)**

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA):

- Experience in implementing OFSAA v8.0 or higher
- Research and solve the data related issues within the environment.
- Understanding of key processing dimensions, hierarchies and attributes within OFSAA Profitability solution
- Work closely with business partners, technical resources and management (Application Managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts and Development teams)
- Understand complex SQL queries, analyze data related issues and identify root cause of issues / defects. Develop and implement performance optimal system.
- Maintain the end-to-end OFSAA batch and provide technical support.
- Document system process flows, test results and write test scripts for system testing.
