What is the main purpose of this position?

Maximize the use of company resources focused on achieving target service levels in a process of continuous improvement through win-win strategic alliances between our suppliers and our company ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of our customers ADVANCED ENGLISH NECESSARY

What will you work on?
- Meet customers - Collaborate in the development of customized strategies to resolve issues that impede the receipt of products.
- Provide root cause information - Understand and determine the reasons for customer rejection to assist in the development of necessary strategies that positively impact the supply chain.
- Interact with internal customer - Be the contact for issues related to order receipt issues and coordinate agendas that drive productivity at different points in the supply chain.
- Define processes - Define and implement the customer service and follow-up model with the objective of offering an efficient service to the user and customer, as well as strengthening the company's execution processes.
- Process Alignment - In conjunction with the warehouse, transportation, quality, commercial and service areas, develop and execute initiatives to improve operational practices that drive service excellence.
- Team Leader - promote integrity, collaboration, respect and empathy among service agents.
- Lead internal alignment meetings.
- Make decisions on strategies to improve the level of call center service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in customer service, human resources, contact center management, food industry, supply chain management, logistics and distribution processes.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
- Effective Presentations
- Analytical ability, effective communication, organizational skills, work under pressure, ability to work in a team, service attitude, leadership, proactivity, negotiation, customer relations, executive image, creative thinking, ability to influence decision making, ability to adapt to change, people management, resilience.
- Advanced English
- Analytical: Identifies gaps for improvement by measuring and analyzing: (i) the impact of transformation on indicators (ii) the status of culture/transformation (iii) the relationship between indicators and culture.
- Leadership: Performs and coordinates the implementation of action plans to reduce improvement gaps/ Develops and implements action plans to remove/modify constraints to the transformation.
- Collaborates and Influences: Anticipates change constraints in the process and whether people are convinced of the transformation.
