La persona será responsable de crear, dirigir e implementar la estrategia de marketing de la compañía que apoye un crecimiento importante en un lapso de 2 años. Dirigir la estrategia de comunicación al interior y al exterior de la visión y el valor de la compañía.

**FUNCIONES**
- Colaborar activa, directa y transparentemente con el Rector Institucional, la Dirección Comercial, Dirección de Operaciones y la Gerencia de Relación con Instituciones y Recursos Humanos a fin de alinear los objetivos, iniciativas y presupuesto del área de marketing a los objetivos, iniciativas y presupuesto de la organización, los aliados estratégicos y los clientes.
- Asegurar el adecuado diseño, implementación y ejecución de la Estrategia Anual de Marketing y Publicidad.
- Diseñar los procesos de marketing de la compañía a fin de garantizar la eficiencia del área y dinamismo con relación a las necesidades de las demás áreas de la empresa.
- Automatizar los procesos de marketing de la compañía a fin de garantizar la eficiencia del área y dinamismo con relación a las necesidades de las demás áreas de la empresa.
- Establecer los Key Performance Indicators (KPI´s) del área de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas corporativas.
- Construir un equipo colaborativo, comunicativo y responsable.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência la definición de estrategia de marketing de algún producto o servicio con resultados exitosos comprobables.
- Inglés Avanzado
- Experiência desarrollando campañas 360 de Marketing
- Experiência previa liderando equipos de Marketing
- Lic. Mercadotecnia o carreras a fin
- Maestría deseable mas no indispensable
- Inglés Avanzado

**CONDICIONES**

Sueldo atractivo acorde a mercado
