- As our Supply Chain Leader, you’ll play a key role in applies strategic leadership to identify risk areas, determine support needs, and make decisions on critical part numbers- Your impact? General team administration and oversight- You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more inclusive future.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Ensures weekly production plans are in place to enable timely purchasing by buyers
- Participates in project meetings and collaborates strategically with cross-functional partners
- Leads KPI tracking and is responsible for presenting performance results, including inventory control metrics
- Maintains direct contact with the sales team to follow up on customer shipments
- Applies strategic leadership to identify risk areas, determine support needs, and make decisions on critical part numbers

**What We're Looking For**
- SAP is a must (Acts as a SAP Super User to resolve system-related questions and ensure proper usage)
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree
- Conversational English
- 3 years of experience as Leader and 5 years of experience as Inbound or Outbound
