In this position, you will be responsible for logistics and supply chain operations of SY division.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Supply Chain Management- Production Planning- Material Requirement Planning (MRP)- Outbound management- Inbound management- Capital Management and Production Activity Control- Freight Management- Inventory Management- Production Line Capacity Management- Just-in-Time Manufacturing- Demand Planning- Customer Service- Develop strategies & Optimize processes for Logistics and Supply Chain- Drive and implement local and global projects- Secure competences and development of the team- Responsible for managing KPIs and target fulfillment**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor degree- 5 years of relevant experience- Fluent English is a must- HVAC background preferred- SAP, BM, PP, MM - Scor model, QMS - SNC, EDI- VSM, Kanban, VMI, Consignment stock- Strong Leadership skills- Negotiation- Cost effectiveness- Knowledge in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma preferred- Root cause problem solving (RCPS) using 4D & 8D- Continuous Improvement**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
