**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Marketing Growth Ops**

**Key Responsibilities** **Campaign Execution & Optimization**
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to define and implement lifecycle communication strategies.
- Set up and optimize automation workflows to improve user experience and engagement.

**Quality Assurance & Strategy Improvement**
- Perform
**QA on campaigns**
to ensure content accuracy, correct segmentation, and proper execution.
- Ensure that campaign content and messaging align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement in communication strategies and propose optimizations.

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Marketing, to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.
- Support marketing teams in ensuring smooth campaign operations and timely delivery.

**Skills & Qualifications** **Must-Have Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in
**Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field** or equivalent experience.
- **1-2 years of experience**
- Experience working with
**CRM platforms** (Clevertap, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar, CleverTap is preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform **QA on marketing campaigns**.
- Experience with audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies, with insight into the customer journey.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience in **financial services** or familiarity with **credit products**.
- Knowledge of automation workflows and **customer engagement best practices**.
- Basic copywriting skills for campaign messaging optimization.
