_Descripción General_ Este puesto tiene la responsabilidad desarrollar los canales de venta de mayoreo para **BALA** DI **GALA**, enfocado principalmente en el mercado americano. Actualmente el canal principal de comercialización es nuestra tienda en línea, donde hemos crecido a doble digito los últimos cuatro años, no obstante, vemos un potencial muy grande en crecer aún más nuestro volumen de venta a través de las ventas de mayoreo. El trabajo consiste en desarrollar junto a la dirección comercial en **BALA **DI **GALA**, la estrategia general e implementación de la misma, en lo que concierne a este nuevo canal de ventas; - Áreas a desarrollar/ áreas de responsabilidad: _ 1. Clasificación de clientes (tiendas departamentales, cadenas de boutiques, boutiques independientes, etc.) 2. Prospección de clientes 3. Seguimiento en la venta 4. Desarrollo de representantes de ventas en el extranjero y liderear a los mismos para el cumplimiento de metas. **5. **Cierre de ventas** - Herramientas otorgadas para lograr objetivos: _ - Acceso a plataformas en línea (pagadas por la empresa) de prospección con una base de datos de más de 400,000 compradores. - Apoyo en viáticos requeridos para lograr cierres de ventas. - Proyección de crecimiento: _ **BALA **DI **GALA **es una empresa joven al igual que su equipo. En el proceso de selección y entrevistas, se explicará de manera puntal sobre el esquema de comisiones.
