Continuous Improvement Engineers support the objectives by managing complex cross functional process improvement projects that are measurable, data driven and result in significant and quantifiable improvement. This position is to support implementation of CI activity by driving Lean Six Sigma Improvements at the gemba level of Manufacturing. The CI activities will include leading project teams, implementing teams, implementing process changes, monitoring effectiveness and measuring results. CI engineers will assist in identifying the most effective, cost efficient and best practices to execute processes; continually evaluates processes for effectiveness and appropriateness.
