**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute forward-thinking B2B sales strategies to elevate company revenue and market share.
- Identify and secure new, high-value business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and construction sectors.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and top-tier strategic accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Lead and inspire the commercial team to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Engage in high-stakes negotiations, lead proposal development, and secure major contracts with industry leaders.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities, making strategic decisions to maintain Electricx’s competitive edge.
- Represent Electricx at high-profile industry events, meetings with potential clients, and sector trade shows, elevating the brand's presence.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles, ideally within the electrical, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Mastery in B2B sales processes and managing key accounts with a proven ability to drive business growth.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills at the executive level.
- Strategic thinker with a strong focus on results and operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of the electrical and infrastructure sectors (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as required.
