The **Customer Specialist **position is a contributing member of a solar installation process. The Customer Specialist is responsible for completing the overall success of Sunwise Energy products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Interaction, Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
- Issue Resolution or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
- Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on customer insights.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing processes and workflows to improve the overall customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ experience in a customer service or customer experience role.
- Professional English domain (C1+)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
