This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in. **General Summary**: Are you ready to lead strategic partnerships and drive innovation in the PC ecosystem across Mexico and the Hispam region? We’re looking for a **Staff Manager of OEM Sales** to join our Compute Sales team and help expand the reach of our Snapdragon Compute platform with key OEM partners. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with global and regional teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to accelerate growth in both consumer and commercial segments. **What You’ll Do**: - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Snapdragon Compute platform with selected OEM partners. - Manage strategic OEM accounts end-to-end, driving optimal assortment for consumer, SMB, and enterprise segments. - Build strong relationships with OEMs to increase PC unit volume and Snapdragon brand visibility. - Define KPIs and track ROI of investments, consistently exceeding sales quotas and impact goals. - Lead go-to-market initiatives, including partner program implementation and cross-functional reporting. - Collaborate with major OS players (e.g., Microsoft, Google) on joint marketing efforts with OEM partners. **What We’re Looking For**: - Deep knowledge of the PC ecosystem in Mexico and other Hispam countries (Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, etc.). - Strong relationships with OEMs and experience in both consumer and commercial channels (retail, e-tail, distribution). - Proven success in business development within high-tech organizations serving B2C and B2B markets. This is an office based position in Mexico City. Please provide your resume in English. **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 7+ years of direct sales and marketing experience with PC OEMs in Mexico and Hispam. - 10+ years in consumer and commercial technology channel sales, marketing, or management. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Advanced communication skills in English - 12+ years in sales, marketing, product management, or business development within the compute ecosystem. - B.Tech/BE or MBA in Sales & Marketing with strong analytical skills. - Established relationships with OEM and retail channel leaders in Mexico and Hispam. - Experience driving adoption of new technologies and selling emerging products. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
