**This position reports to**:
HR Business Partner & Country HR Lead

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within focus on Mining, Metals & Minerals as well as Pulp & Paper and Food & Beverage. Define Target account with each KAM; develop business plan for Top Target Accounts. Growth NEMA and IEC portfolio. Define Target Segment to be focus with OEM in each Region. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party, and project sales and enhancing cross-division and cross-region business-led collaborations for the specific market segment. The work model for the role is: #L-onsite This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and Stakeholders. You will be mainly accountable for: - Leading the segment team members and reinforces global sales efficiency and performance. - Building relationships with key external influencers/key customers and leverages ABB’s strengths to capture new business opportunities. - Driving and ensuring knowledge sharing and cross-division and cross-country collaborations. - Activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify industry segment trends, practices, product gaps, competitor strategy, etc.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or related.
- 7+ years of experience in sales for Mining, Metals & Minerals, Pulp & Paper segments.
- Experience with electrical products within the OEM's, NEMA & IEC market.
- Knowledge in channel development and collaboration with sales in the INDUSTRY and OEM'S market.
- Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy for electrical equipment.
- You are easy to communicate in English in an advance level.
- You have a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
