As HRBP, you will perform a highly dynamic and exciting role representing the Human Resources with strong leadership and experience. You will work closely with the Country HR Head Mexico to implement strategic and operational programs, processes and initiatives of the area that adapt to regional/local requirements and needs, and manage and ensure a full range of HR Services, with strong leadership and experience, in a continuous improvement mindset, while still maintaining the human touch.
You will implement value stream initiatives that offer a high impact on the employee experience / journey, taking care of the key processes for dsm-firmenich, delivering solutions to the client, positively influencing local leadership and guaranteeing compliance with regulations, policies and the development of our people.

**Your key responsibilities**:
- Proactively supports the Country HR Lead Mexico through the optimization of HR processes, the implementation and assurance of standards, laws, payroll, policies, benefits and best practices and solutions.
- Being support for all CoEs processes, such as srewards and benefits, salary review, recruting and others.
- Ensure Compliance internal ICS controls, local laws, reforms to the LFT. Knowledge of local taxes, social security law, LFT. financial audits.
- Connect and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all areas to deliver the HR agenda and projects with a highly influential approach.
- Implements change management initiatives, supports continuous improvement.
- Implement solutions for leaders to build high performance and collaborative teams, with a holistic view and organizational breadth.

**You bring**
- Degree in in HR, Business Administration or related
- 7/10 years of experience in Human Resources area and Knowledge of organizational structures, workflow, and operating procedures required.
- Highly qualified, with experience working and knowledge of local Mexican labor laws, specialist in HR process management, Organizational development.
- Word processing, spreadsheets, and databases (Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel; SAP; SRM)
- English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of organizational structures, workflow, and operating procedures required.
