Empresa Automotriz está en búsqueda de un Gerente en Customer Service

Actividades:

- Administración de los requerimientos del cliente.
- Programación de los envíos a cliente y coordinación con área de embarques. Atender inquietudes y direccionarlas a áreas internas en forma oportuna.
- Trabajo en equipo con el área de planificación y control de la producción
- Proponer a cliente planes de entrega factibles de acuerdo a la capacidad de la planta.
- Comunicar cambios en volúmenes y validar que se cubren requerimientos con capacidades actuales.
- Comunicar materiales críticos a cliente y establecer prioridades de requerimientos. Monitorear y asegurar el logro de metas establecidas para el área: delivery performance, back order, etc.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en : Administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, logística, comercio o afines
- Inglés conversacional avanzado ( Indispensable)
- Experiência en servicio a clientes Armadoras (automotriz) - Requisito indispensable
- Manejo de cadena de suministro / Supply Chain

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas

Experiência:

- customer Service: 10 años (Obligatorio)
- personal a cargo: 4 años (Obligatorio)

Idioma:

- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)
