**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guadalajara, JAL for a Business Banking Specialist at GDL Connect. The Business Banking Specialist will be responsible for business relationship management, communication, customer service, and finance-related tasks.

**Qualifications**
- **MUST** Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Business Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Finance knowledge and experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in banking or financial services industry
