n your new role you will: A
- ct as HR Transaction Specialist. Perform administrative duties in theHR Service Center. Provide entry level HRSC services. Perform document preparation/records duties related to the Digital Personnel Archive(DPA). E
- xcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillswhich include the ability to effectively communicate in a courteousmanner with staff, co-workers, leadership, vendors and internal andexternal customers. S
- trong organizational skills, high attention to detail and customerfocus S
- trong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office,word-processing, HRIS and Internet. A
- bility to work with a team to create effective departmental strategies and meet department goals. Proactive, process-oriented and logical mind-set. A
- bility to lead and contribute to project initiatives within the team and the region. Should be able to represent HR Service Center incross-functional projects. A
- bility to support additional responsibilities besides that of theHRSC Representative - Knowledge Management (Creation of Frequently askedquestion database, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.); HRSC Reportingand Analytics (Regular HRSC KPI reporting, Dashboard creation, etc.)

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: 1
- 3 years of work experience in HR Shared Services/ HR Operations A
- dministrative skills - ability to execute HR transactions followingset guidelines using the appropriate technology, where applicable E
- xcellent customer service skills E
- xcellent communication skills - Proficient in oral and written English language skills E
- xcellent knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office tools
