HR People Services Specialist

Provide timely and accurate support to ensure a smooth experience for our team members.In your new role you will:- Provide timely and accurate support in processes such as:- One-time payments and bonus management- Leave of Absence (LOA), Medical Leave, and other types of employee leaves- Immigration documentation coordination- Benefits and perks administration- Maintain employee data and process HR transactions using our HRIS system (SAP HCM).- Process paper and electronic documentation related to rewards and benefits programs.- Manage and respond to employee inquiries through:- Phone calls- Ticketing system (MyHR)- Ensure all transactions are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.- Escalate complex or sensitive cases following defined procedures and escalation paths.Contribute to knowledge documentation and continuous improvement of iinternal SOPs.**Your Profile**You are best equipped for this task if you have:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience in HR operations or Shared Services is desirable- Experience supporting U.S. or Mexico HR processes is highly valued.- Knowledge of any HRIS systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools.- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Experience with ticketing systems and employee help desk support.Customer service orientation in a multicultural or global environment.**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
