**CellMark**is an international marketing company, with expertise in the pulp and paper industry. CellMark operates in over 65 offices in 30 countries, with Novato being its regional headquarters.

As a **Customer Service Representative,** you will provide administrative support to our Global Sales and Customer Service Team.

**Responsibilities** would include, but are not limited to:
- Handling inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.
- Order processing.
- Coordinating documentation/invoicing and logistics.
- Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages of the supply chain.

**Requirements**:

- Valid American Visa (to take on site training)
- Fluent in English (it will be several English interviews in the process)

**Knowledge Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; Customer service / logistics/ supply chain.
- Experience in the commodity and / or transportation industries is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Skill Requirements**:

- Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter, who can work independently but also thrive in a team environment
- Passion for providing excellent service
- Problem / solution oriented
- Results driven
- Multi-lingual (Spanish) would be an asset

**WE OFFER**:

- **Range gross salary from $ 20,000 to 25,000 per month according to experience and skills.**
- **Fulltime job, from 8:30 am to 6 pm. (on site job).**
- **Workplace ubicated in**Insurgentes Sur, Metrobus AltaVista, near to Plaza Inn, México City.**
