**Vacante para la empresa Belieff en Tizapán San Ángel -Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México**:Are you interested in international business?Do you want to be a part of a dynamic supply chain environment?If so, this is a great opportunity for you CellMark is looking to expand our team of **Customer Service Representatives**.**CellMark**is an international marketing company, with expertise in the pulp and paper industry.CellMark operates in over 65 offices in 30 countries, with Novato being its regional headquarters.As a **Customer Service Representative,** you will provide administrative support to our Global Sales and Customer Service Team.**Responsibilities** would include, but are not limited to:Manage and process logistics from the supplier to the end customer.Process sales orders and invoicing, ensuring customers receive accurate order information.Enter purchasing, sales, and all other information necessary to carry out operations into our system.Assist product managers in managing inventory levels related to allocated warehouse stock.Efficiently and effectively address any issues from our customers and suppliers, providing a timely solution.Responsible for tracking production dates, shipping companies, and delivery to the supplier.Responsible for controlling and managing documentation for suppliers, shipping companies, and customers.**Requirements**:- **Really Fluent in English (you will be working only with American people and it will be several English interviews in the process)**:- Valid American Visa (optional)**Knowledge Required**:- **Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience; Customer service / Imports / International logistics / Supply chain.**:- **Incoterms, bill of lading, customs documents, orders, etc.****Skill Requirements**:- Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills- Enthusiastic self-starter, who can work independently but also thrive in a team environment- Passion for providing excellent service- Problem / solution oriented- Results driven**WE OFFER**:- **Range gross salary from $ 20,000 to 25,000 per month according to experience and skills.**- **Fulltime job, from 9 am to 6 pm.
