_**Customer Service**_**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base de **$9,329 bruto mensual**:- Bono por metas **$1,000 mensuales**:- Prestaciones de ley- Una hora de comida.**Horario**:Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm**Requisitos**:- Carrera técnica o Licenciatura trunca o concluida (Administración, Mercadotecnia, Diseño, Comunicación, afines)- Experiência mínima de 1 año en atención a clientes- Experiência manejando algún sistema de ERP, CRM, e-commerce- Manejo de excel básico-intermedio- Experiência en ventas en productos o servicios- Excelente actitud de servicio, responsable y puntuales**Actividades a realizar**:- Atender llamadas, correos y/o chats de clientes externos e internos de manera amable y profesional- Capturar pedidos en el sistema de gestión SAP- Verificar disponibilidad de productos y comunicar tiempos de entrega- Dar seguimiento a pedidos hasta su entrega, resolviendo incidencias si las hubiera- Canalizar solicitudes especiales, quejas o aclaraciones a las áreas correspondientes- Apoyar en la elaboración de cotizaciones y seguimiento de las mismas- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes y pedidos- Conocimiento de plataformas de retail, no indispensable**Zona a laborar**:Coyoacan, CDMXTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $9,329.00 - $10,329.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência en atención a clientes?- ¿Haz manejado ERP, CRM, e-commerce?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
