**Propósito del rol**

Desarrollar y ejecutar análisis de riesgo de crédito sobre el portafolio de tarjeta de crédito para su administración y expansión. Gestión de proyectos para realizar los análisis requeridos y posteriormente preparar para su implementación. Desarrollar relaciones de colaboración con el área de producto manteniendo un gran nível de satisfacción mediante la atención precisa y puntual de las mismas y la consecución de las metas comerciales establecidas

**Principales Actividade**s**
- Definir y desarrollar análisis sobre el portafolio de tarjeta de crédito
- Realizar monitoreo y reportes sobre los principales KPIs para asegurar cumplimiento de apetito de riesgo y rentabilidad
- Diseño de análisis/reportes ad-hoc para actividades internas y solicitudes de producto
- Coordinar el desarrollo de las estrategias de riesgo de crédito
- Gestión de proyectos de analytics
Requirements- Deseable Licenciatura en Gestión de Riesgos, Matemática Aplicada, Finanzas o Economía, Ciencias Actuariales, Ingeniería, Gestión o Administración de Empresas.
- Experiência en medidas financieras y rendición de cuentas
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad de toma de decisiones.
- Deseable conocimientos en lenguaje de programación (SAS, Phyton, etc)
- Planificación, capacidad de organización, capacidad de negociación, capacidad para influir en las personas y comunicación eficaz.
