As a **Spend and Capex Lead **you will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, business variances and expense and capex reporting, as well as driving financial performance on investments and expenses ensuring return on investment, efficiency and restructuring. This position reports to Finance Director Latam. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead Spend and Capex financial planning, analysis, business variances and reporting. - Drive financial returns on investments and spending assuring ROI, efficiencies and restructure. - Business partner for Commercial and Operational teams working closely with regional teams. - Lead CAPEX processes (Pipeline, approvals, execution) driving strategic business cases and its reporting. - Monitor Cost Center, Conversion Cost, Capex-related expenses and Strategic spending. - Spending consolidation for Central America, South America, PMC, Traffic Solutions and X-SBU. **Qualifications** - Bachelor´s Degree in financial, economic, or accounting sciences - Proficient in English advanced level is required - Experience to 5 + years of proven experience - Experience in budgtes, capital management and Projects financial analysis and casing (ACT-Capex) - Proven experienced by using an ERP (Oracle, HFM, SAP) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advance Excel) Benefits: We offer benefits such as attractive salary, healthcare (medical, dental ), christmas bonus.
