Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?****Overview**The Digital Imaging Delivery leads primary purpose will be to lead the implementation of digital imaging solutions for PBNA, PFNA, and LATAM This includes delivery of OpenText and ABBYY/Verbella solutions for PGT or migrations of old Image Vision solutions to the NGDI (Next Generation Digital Imaging) platform.**Responsibilities**- Partner with Europe, AMESA, and APAC teams to understand the business needs of document management and define & drive industry-leading solutions.- Build estimates and provide guidance for Digital Imaging solutions. This includes PGT Capex estimates.- Lead 40+ Managed services resources provided by vendors from TCS, Cognizant, Verbella and ABBY- This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and “hands-on” program management skills.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**Tech- 10+ years of industry experience for a global delivery environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, especially in IT Operations leadership role.- 10 years of experience in document management space with leading vendors- 5 years experience in OCR, document presentment, rendition and collaboration models- Extensive experience in AP, AR and HR processes.- Enterprise ERP systems knowledge like SAP is a plusNon-Tech- Passionate about delivering against tight timelines- Ability to work across multiple silos within the organization and lead cross functional teams to successful outcomes, including an ability to address complex situations into actionable plans- Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and people skills**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
