_**Requirements**:_
- Experience in the field of material shipping.
- 3 years of experience in the field.
- Advanced English (Bilingual).
- Experience coordinating deviations in shipping (date, quantity, or other) with the Supply Chain or Customer Service.
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Availability to travel if required.
- Laser visa (desirable).
- **Activities and responsibilities**:_
- Ensure product packaging and labeling meet customer specifications.
- Schedule and assemble outbound shipments according to customer orders and coordinate with Production Leaders and Scheduling to achieve IFS shipment schedule.
- Coordinate shipment deviations (date, quantity or other) with Supply Chain or Customer Service.
- Compile and complete customs documentation records as required. - Ensure products are shipped as scheduled.
- Ensure incoming raw materials, supplies and equipment are received, stored, and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Organize release of travelers to part pickers in a timely manner and have materials or “kits” available to lines prior to run starts.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and properly resolve discrepancies in IFS system.
- Optimize freight hauls utilizing approved carriers to ensure the best overall value based on cost and service.
- Coordinate and manage exports ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Generate international paperwork for exports; Commercial Invoice/USMCA.
- Act as a liaison between customer service and freight carriers to ensure alignment with our customers’ requirements.
- Assist with other locations logistics needs as needed.
