**Post Shipping Specialist****Purpose**:The Post Shipping Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing all discrepancies related to inventory and shipments within the Consumer Health over-the-counter business.This role focuses on tracking, resolving, and reporting overages, shortages, and damaged goods to maintain inventory accuracy and enhance operational efficiency.**Scope (global, regional or local)**:Regional NA**Key Tasks**:- Discrepancy Management:- Track and manage all over, short, and damaged (OS&D) incidents in inventory and shipments.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipped orders, including missing, damaged, or incorrect items.- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to address and rectify OS&D issues.- Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze OS&D data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.- Prepare and present regular reports on OS&D incidents, Customer On-Time, and applicable trends, including detailed analysis and actionable insights.- Develop and maintain OS&D metrics and dashboards.- Process Improvement:- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce post shipping incidents and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to collaborate and streamline inventory management and shipping processes.- Documentation and Compliance:- Maintain accurate records of all OS&D incidents, including investigation outcomes and corrective actions.- Ensure all OS&D processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.- Assist in internal and external audits related to OS&D management.- Customer Logistics Support:- Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to OS&D incidents.Provide timely and effective solutions to shipping related issues.**Qualification & Competencies**:- Bachelor’s + 2 years / Masters Degree + 1 year of experience in Business Administration, Distribution, Logistics, Product Supply, Customer Service or related field- Experience in the consumer products industry is preferred- Familiarity with freight payment systems and processes- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across boundaries and communicate well with 3rd party operations- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever changing requirements- Ability to make decisions quickly - with or without information provided- Experience utilizing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP Systems required- Working Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods (Six Sigma) preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel- Advanced understanding of Transportation Law and Rating models- Spanish & English : Advance**Período de aplicación**:- 8 al 22 Octubre**Código de referencia**:- **División**:- Consumer Health**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Área funcional**:- Gestión de la cadena de suministro**Grado de posición**:- H**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full Time
