La función principal del Zone Lead es ser facilitador, sustentador y controlador del trabajo de los Store manager en su región, definiendo planes de acción para lograr las metas establecidas y velar por el desarrollo del equipo y la operación.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Presencia y acompañamiento en el día a día de las Dark Store: Recibo, Picking, seguimiento a ordenes.
- Control del inventario y de la merma (Conocida + Desconocida)
- Control de la calidad y estado de la mercancía en las Stores
- Replicar y velar por la implementación en DS de los procesos establecidos o soluciones centrales.
- Replicar y garantizar gestión de las estrategias de Marketing establecidas.
- Control de faltas, seguimientos y procesos de retiro de las tiendas a cargo.

**Key Requirements**:

- Facilidad en la comunicación, Autogestión, liderazgo y acompañamiento a equipos.
- Habilidades técnicas: Manejo de Excel, Análisis de información, Control de Inventarios, Sentido de Urgencia
- Experiência en: Procesos operativos, Tiendas en el giro Retail, Startups.
