If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you’ve come to the right place. **LEAD ACCOUNT SOLUTION ENGINEER** Solution Engineering Team Also known as a " Pre -Sales Consultant" or "Sales Consultant," the Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.What roles are we looking to fill in Solutions Engineering? The SE team is organized into several smaller teams based on the _products _they are selling and the _industry/vertical _they are selling into. These teams exist in both the Commercial (small to mid-sized accounts) and Enterprise (largest) market segments and on the following industry/vertical oriented teams (any of them): **(Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hospitality)** **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Experience in **Solution Engineer/Pre-sales Engineer/Customer Success**or similar role. - Advanced **English**. - Solid presentation and communication skills. - Experienced in **pre-sales**or in **delivering SaaS implementations**for enterprise clients. - Knowledge of cloud technology. - We're seeking individuals who are fully driven by the new world of AI and Data—autonomous, innovative, curious, collaborative, strong communicators, and natural problem-solvers. - Ability to build impactful assets, demonstrations, prototypes. - Skills and track record on project delivery in a customer environment. - Team delivery, working with large groups in pressurized environments to deliver challenging complex proposals, solution designs and solutions. - Continuous learning attitude with a demonstrated history of self-enablement and advancement in both technology and behavioral areas. - Ability to communicate efficiently up, down and across an organization, summarizing concepts, scenarios and situations to senior internal and external individuals and teams, including positioning negative recommendations or proposals. - Self-management and organizational skills, able to prioritize work based on evaluation of different requirements. - We value team players—those who are supportive, reliable, and capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and managing their time effectively. - **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**: - Experience in AI, automation, Generative AI Strategy and LLM-based Autonomous Agents. - Salesforce Certifications.
