This team plays a crucial role in supporting our existing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, which are instrumental in driving Danfoss forward in its global digitalization and electrification efforts.

As our newest team member, you'll become part of a cohesive global team comprised of dedicated and skilled SAP consultants. Together, we're actively implementing the full suite of cutting-edge S4/HANA technology.

We're specifically looking for someone to join our team in either our Apodaca or Querétaro offices. We're seeking an individual who is not only experienced but also passionate about embracing new technologies. **Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Support Incidents by providing qualified solutions.
- Support Problems by taking tasks and maintain a good coordination with Problem Coordinators and other team members.
- Communicate with our clients to understand actual needs and propose solutions.
- Share knowledge with other team members.
- Perform SAP customization in cooperation with our Design team.
- Specify and document changes and updates to existing RICEFWs.
- Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members.

**Background & Skills**:

- Educational background in Information Technology field or equivalent culture.
- 3+ years of experience in similar role, with a strong contact with SAP ECC and S4/HANA, particularly in Production Planning (PP) module and Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) component.
- Proficiency in various SAP functions including APO g-ATP, Rule Based ATP, Multi-Level ATP, Capable to Promise (CTP), Back Order Processing, Planning Books, Planning Areas, Process Chains, PP/DS Heuristics, Master Data (BOM, Routings, Workcenters, PRTs), Production and Capacity Planning.
- Expertise in CIF Integration between S/4HANA and APO, as well as Integration scenarios with APO for ATP, DP, and PP/DS.
- Self-motivated, competent in your field, and eager to learn while supporting colleagues.
- Strong Knowledge of English language (written & spoken).
