**Job Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Hardware & Software Support**:- Provide support for **Microsoft Windows** systems.- Manage **Office 365** setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.- Handle basic **Azure license management**.- Support and troubleshoot **Zebra barcode systems**.- **Cybersecurity**:- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the office's IT infrastructure.- **System & Equipment Management**:- Administer **Active Directory**.- Respond to and resolve **IT service tickets**.- Manage quotes from local suppliers for IT-related purchases.- Monitor and manage office hardware, including monitors and laptops.- Perform regular inventory checks for all IT equipment.- Oversee and maintain the **CCTV system** to ensure operational functionality.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in hardware and software support.- Strong understanding of **Microsoft Windows**, **Office 365**, and **Active Directory**.- Basic knowledge of **Azure** licenses.- Familiarity with **Zebra barcode systems**.- Experience managing **cybersecurity** protocols.- Ability to manage IT service tickets, vendor quotes, and IT inventory.- Solid understanding of **CCTV systems**.- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.**Location**:- Apodaca, NL**Schedule**:- Option 1: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM**Contract**:- Initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.**To Apply**:Please submit your resume and cover letter.Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 13/09/2024
