IT Support Specialist**JOB SUMMARY**:IT Client Support Specialistdeployandsupportthe systems and technologies required bycorporate,manufacturing, and distribution centerusersin a global enterprise environment.In addition to supporting all technology needs of Polaris employees,IT Client Support Specialistmay also assist inproviding local hands on support for corporate tier 3 IS teams.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:Assess and prioritize daily work based on outstandingWorldwide Service DeskissuesTicket and timetracking using our ITSM solution,ServiceNowProvide rapid-response support to alldistribution centers,corporateoffices,andmanufacturing facilitiesSupport ofdevices such aslaptops,desktops, handheld barcode scanners, custom workstations, label printers,and other proprietary technologyAdministration of Active Directory and O365 for all user and end-user system objectsProvidelocal hands onsupport forcorporatetier 3IS teamsincluding problem reporting and resolution for distribution centers, corporate offices,and manufacturing facilitiesMaintainongoing computer refreshes and setupsCreatedocumentation,standard work,and knowledge base articlesAct as a localresource for Worldwide Service DeskprojectsParticipation in after hourson-call support may be requiredSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE3-5years' experienceworking in anenterprisehelpdesk setting requiredMust have Professional Title certificateIntermediate/Advanced English communication skillsAdvancedknowledge of modern computer hardware,wired and wireless networking,handheld barcode scanners,IP phones, printers,and peripheral computer equipment requiredAdvancedknowledge of Windows7, Windows 10,and serveroperatingsystems requiredExperienceconfiguringand maintaininglaptops and desktops in an enterpriseenvironment requiredExperiencewithMicrosoft Office 2016andabove,specificallyOutlook, Word, Excel,andPowerPointSelf-motivatedwith the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with remote peersExcellent communication and customer service skills required**WORKING CONDITIONS**:Required to work 3rd shift onsite support (one week, every 3rd week)Manualand physical dexterity requiredMust be able to lift 40 + pound equipmentWarehouse, office, andmanufacturing environmentOccasional travel may be required**.
