**Jr Service and Planning Advisor**

**Descripción de Puesto**

Responsable de los reportes de los proyectos en ejecución (proyectos constructivos) con la finalidad de identificar, prevenir y mitigar quiebres de servicio. Análisis de información. Planeación de los proyectos en sus diferentes etapas (prospección, arranque, ejecución y cierre) logrando una coordinación efectiva entre segmentos comerciales y áreas staff.

**Principales actividades**

Analisis de información, planeación, análisis de datos.

Proyectar tendencias de volumen mensual de los proyectos en ejecución para planear recursos e implementaciones en la operación (infraestructura, pavimentos y prefabricados).

Seguimiento de los programas mensuales, identificar desviaciones en tiempo y proyectar las tendencias de volumen semanales de los proyectos de infraestructura, pavimentos y prefabricados.

Desarrollo de KPIS que permitan anticipar quiebres de servicio y dar seguimiento a quejas.

Negociación con áreas dependientes de servicio: Centro de servicio, comercial, Pumping team.

Coordinación interna de áreas para lograr cumplir con los objetivos de obra planteados a través de análisis de proyectos, comunicación efectiva y toma de decisiones analizadas.

Promover la innovación tecnológica y nuevas herramientas para lograr optimizar y gestionar mejor los proyectos de infraestructura.

Coordinar las áreas dependientes de la Planeación y Gestión de proyectos: Logística, Control, Calidad, Producción, Mantenimiento, Pavimentación, Abastos y Legal, así como otros segmentos.

**Habilidades/Conocimientos**

Carrera terminada (Titulado) Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura preferentemente.

Experiência de 1 a 2 años en áreas de planeación, análisis de información/datos.

Deseable experiência en proyectos de infraestructura: Carreteras, puentes, presas, vialidades, etc.).

Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint (nível de intermedio a avanzado).

Manejo de bases de datos.

Conocimiento y manejo de Power BI, y temas de programación (visual basic, VBA, DAX, etc.).

Dominio del idioma Ingles nível de Intermedio a Avanzado.
