- Impulsar las ventas y brindar una atención al cliente personalizada.
- Liderar y motivar a un equipo de consultores de belleza.
- Gestionar KPI's y elaborar informes de ventas.Demostrar y aplicar productos de perfumería, compartiendo tu pasión por la belleza.**Profile**:
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en ventas y atención al cliente (preferiblemente en el sector de lujo).
- Experiência en manejo de equipos de trabajo (1-2 años).
- Conocimiento en color, tratamiento y fragancias.
- Gusto por artículos de lujo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas.
