The role is responsible for procuring inventory and supplies to support both manufacturing and administrative operations in Mexico. This involves researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and scheduling orders, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The position also requires consistent communication with internal teams regarding inventory levels, delivery timelines, and providing logístical and customs support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchase order requisitions to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze usage patterns and trends to forecast future procurement needs.
- Source and acquire products and materials essential for manufacturing operations.
- Source domestically within Mexico to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Negotiate favorable pricing agreements and terms with vendors.
- Maintain relationships with primary and secondary suppliers for all required materials.
- Correspond with vendors to handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to assess product needs, solve challenges, and streamline operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing
- Preferred experience in têxtiles, webbing, printing, and plastics industries
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
